Game Server Rules
Under certain situations a rule not on here may be enforced if it is a common sense rule - it will then need to be added onto the list for future purposes.This list is subject to change, you should keep yourself updated on the rules everyday so you do not break them.
Repeated offences will result in a permanent ban.

Player Rules
1. Do not use any kind of cheats, hacks, or exploits. Using any bug in your advantage is considered an exploit.
- Cheating and hacking will result in a permanent ban, while exploiting will depend on the bug abused.
2. Do not spam or advertise in any channel.
- This will result in a ban ranging from one week to permanent.
3. Do not use constant foul language in any situation, channel or whisper. (Occaisonal non-directed swearing is fine. i.e. oh shit I died; what the fuck, I'm getting corpsecamped, etcetera)
4. Never insult a GM or Admins, especially when asked and then told to stop.
5. Do not whisper, invite, or beg GM's or Admins. Respect what they ask in certain situations.
6. You are required to speak English in tickets and World chat. These are the official chatrooms for all languages: World (English); Mundo (Spanish); Welt (German); Wereld (Dutch); мир (Russian)
7. Spamming a Ticket with the same issues after you received an answer is not allowed.
8. Ninjalooting items while in a raid is prohibited. You must discuss the loot before raiding and have evidence of the agreement if you wish to report a ninjalooter.
- This will result in a permanent ban.
9. Evading mutes or bans by making a new account or changing your IP is a serious offence. Anybody caught evading in any way will be punished.
- This will result in a permanent ban.
10. Lying to a GM or Admin is a serious offence. You must tell the truth if you want to be trustworthy, otherwise you could be in big trouble.
11. Tickets must concern an issue you or another is having. Abusing it by saying hi, or telling somebody to message you is not permitted.
12. Killing players who are 20 levels or lower than you is not allowed.
13. Camping players who are 15 levels or lower than you is not allowed.
14. While in a battleground you may not camp the graveyard area.

Extra Information
Rules can be extended to certain situations, if you're given a chance you shouldn't screw it up.
If you have donated or are a constant voter you are not excused if you break any rules.
Not respecting these rules will result is kicks and bans, account or IP.
By entering the game you automatically accept these rules.
We will not unban you unless you have proof that your ban is invalid.
Don't bother us with "I didn't use any cheat!" because we do have logs.
Don't expect us to forgive you or your "little brother" for any kind of cheat, go use hacks elsewhere.

Gamemaster Rules
1. We will never give out gold, items or spells to players without a valid reason.
2. We will never kill monsters or players without a valid reason.
3. We will not threaten with punishment if our normal character is ganked or randomly killed.
4. We will not ban or mute without some sort of valid reason.
5. We will never go to raids with players and help by healing or attacking, if we're there it's merely to observe.
6. We will review and appropriately act upon all tickets received.

Forum Rules - General
1. Spamming is not allowed.
- This will result in one infraction point per spam post.
2. Posting links to illegal websites or providing links to "warez" or pornography is highly prohibited.
- This will result in a permanent ban.
3. Using our forum to advertise for your own personal benefits is not allowed.
- This will result in a permanent ban.
4. Advertising for your own Private Server or other servers is not allowed. Not in topics, not in your signature, not in your avatar, not by a private message, never and nowhere.
- This will result in a permanent ban.
5. You may not use foul language, censored or uncensored, that is directed at any member even if indirectly. Using the world in fustration of a situation is fine.
- This will result in an infraction point.
6. Signature's may not break any other rules, they may not be spam, contain foul language, or any other violations of the rules.
- This will result in an infraction point in addition to the infractions from rules broken.
7. The selling of accounts for real life money, in-game gold or other services will result in a permanent ban.
- This will result in a permanent ban.
8. Ban evading is a serious offence. If you ban evade when you have a ban that will run out then it will become permanent.
- This could result in your ban length increased and a possible IP ban.

Forum Rules - Posting
1. Use English. When introducing yourself or a guild, you may use another language, but a correct English translation must be present.
- You will receive one warning to change it. If you do not, you will receive an infraction point.
2. Please take the time to post your topic in the correct section of the forum.
- Your post will be moved to the correct section if required. Constant topic moves will result in an infraction for the poster.
3. Stay on topic, do not go off topic with replies that have nothing to do with the situation posted by the topic starter.
- This will result in an infraction point.
4. If you need assistance then ask this in a normal and appropriate way, topics with a 'demanding and rude' choice of words will simply be ignored.
- If you are constantly rude you may receive an infraction point.
5. Never post topics or replies with sexual content.
- This will result in a permanent ban.
6. Creating a blacklist on the forum is not allowed and neither is discriminating one another or calling eachother names.
- This will result in a ban ranging from two days to permanent.
7. You may not post your own reports on other users bug reports, make your own.
- This will result in an infraction point.
8. You may not post on a complaint that does not concern you, you must have been there or be involved somehow.
- This will result in an infraction point.
